It’s stupid to want to live forever.
Focus on life intensity instead. It’s the life you have in the years, not the number of them that matters.
Luckily this is under your control.
When you have high life intensity, you do things that are intentional and meaningful.
You spend time with family, you read books. You work on solving meaningful problems at work, you travel (ha), you think. You see and experience the world, you take part.
High intensity = high intention.
Low intensity means spending time on unintentional and “meaningless” fillers.
Scrolling Instagram. Watching random crap on Netflix. Working on a job that pays well, but you have no deeper connection with.
High life intensity doesn’t mean experiencing lots of things. It means experiencing the meaningful and valuable.
You don’t have control over when and how you will die. Focus on living the years you have given better instead.
Find meaning, be intentional, increase your life intensity.
