Use fear as a trigger for action
Fear should not paralyze, it should make you focus on things you control.
As humans, we are wired to focus on externals - outside events we don't control.
Wouldn't it be better for a hunter to focus on the hunt, rather than the possibility of failure?
Wouldn't it increase the chances of success?
The wise stoic says no.
The pain of uncertainty is fuel for action.
Fear shouldn't paralyze - it should tell you "do your best, focus on things you control".
The goal is not getting rid of fear, it's using it as trigger for action.
